Through rearing tests and observations under laboratory conditions,biologicalcharacters and mating behavior of Dahurian casebearer(Coleophora dahurica Flkv.)adultswere studied in this paper.Results discovered that the time of emergense of male adultswas 24h to 36h earlier than that of female adults.The peak of sex pheromone secretion ofthe female adults appeared of 24h to 42h after the emergence.The reaction of male adultson the sex pheromone was most sensitive during 30h to 48h after emerged,so the earlieremergence of the male adults was favorable to mating.The phenomenon of repeatedmating did not exist in female adults,but the male adults could mate for several times,with maximum of 4 times.There was a definite behavioral reaction during the matingperiod of male and female adults,and the certain period of feeding and mating times couldaffect the adults longervity to a certain degree. 相似文献

本研究采用厌氧—好氧生物氧化的工艺技术,自行设计和制造了一套有机玻璃为材料的模拟装置,对垃圾浸出液进行处理研究。经试验结果表明,利用本设计装置处理后的污水,可运到国家农田灌溉的污水排放指标并基本达到国家三类废水的排放指标。该成果已通过市级专家鉴定,并将应用于垃圾场淤出污水的处理工程。 相似文献

Cynodon dactylon is a low-growing C4 weed that is highly sensitive to shading. This species shows severe biomass reductions and highly plastic morphological changes in response to resource availability. The objective of this study was to analyse the effect of shading on the spatial and biomass growth of C. dactylon . Two experiments were carried out exploring different environmental conditions. Six treatments were applied on C. dactylon patches. Daylight and 18%, 41%, 48%, 69% and 85% shading of daylight photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) were imposed in Expt 1 and 0%, 22%, 44%, 50%, 74% and 87% shading of daylight PAR in Expt 2. Patches were slightly elliptical in shape and grew 3.2 and 1.5 cm d−1 with 0% shading, on average, during the whole studied periods in Expts 1 and 2 respectively. Biomass was significantly reduced from 41% shading onwards in Expt 1 and from 50% shading in Expt 2. However, patch extension rate was only significantly reduced from 85% and 74% shading in Expts 1 and 2 respectively. Biomass partitioning was modified by shading in both experiments. A functional analysis of C. dactylon patches showed that the patch extension rate diminished linearly when patch biomass growth rate was lower than 1.66 g d−1 ; above this value, the extension rate remained constant. 相似文献

AIM: To examine the expression of human endostatin in E.coli, produce its fusion protein antibody and observe its biological activity. METHODS: Endostatin gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction,recombined with plasmid vector pGEX-2T and induced expression with IPTG.The protein activity was tested by endothelial cell proliferation inhibitory assay.Inclusion body crudely purified was used to generate polyclonal antibody to detect its expression at mouse's liver and kidney etc. RESULTS: The protein expressed was 20kD after digestion by thrombin,it appeared the anti-angiogenesis activity and Western blotting indicated the expression of endostatin in liver and kidney of mouse. CONCLUSION: The successful expression of human endostatin and the preparation of polycolonal antibody indicated its potential application in anti-angiogenesis therapy and diagnosis tumors. 相似文献
